 THE PROBLEM

You lead every day. Nobody trained you for it.

You lead at home, at work, or both. And the hardest moments tend to arrive when you’re tired and under pressure: the difficult conversation you keep putting off, the decision you can’t make, the day you let your standards slip.

Most leadership advice gives you a framework and leaves you to work it out alone. This challenge gives you three short days of practice.

WHAT YOU"LL DO

Three days. Three principles. One daily routine.

Each day has the same simple structure:

  • Learn: a short video lesson on the day’s principle
  • Train: a workout you can do at home, with an easier option if you need it
  • Apply: a task that puts the lesson into practice in your real life

Day 1: Courage
Acting despite fear, not in the absence of it. A lesson on physical and moral courage, a workout, and a task that tests both.

Day 2: Discipline
What shows up when motivation doesn’t. A lesson, a workout, and tasks that make your day more ordered.

Day 3: Integrity
Doing what you said you would do, after the mood you said it in has passed. A lesson, a tougher workout to test your commitment, and a challenge to sharpen your integrity.

who's it for?

Is this for you?

This is for you if:

  • You’re a parent, a professional, or both, and your time is limited
  • You want to be more decisive and steady under pressure
  • You’d rather practise than just read about leadership
  • You want a simple, structured way to start

It’s not for you if you’re looking for a military boot camp. I’m not here to turn civilians into soldiers.

Who's Running This?

I’m Andrew Hieghton-Jackson, a former British Army Infantry Officer, coach, business owner and dad.

I learned that leadership isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about the standards you set, the decisions you make, and how you show up when things get difficult. Since leaving the military I’ve taken those lessons into business, coaching, fitness and family life.

I served in the British Army, leading soldiers in both peace and war. That included an operational tour of Afghanistan, as well as training in the UK and Kenya.

I had the privilege of working alongside great leaders of every rank. In Helmand Province, I led my soldiers in a high-pressure environment, working alongside the Afghan National Army to teach, support and help them grow.

A bomb blast ended my military career. But in the moments that followed, my soldiers still needed leading, and we still had a complex operation ahead: clearing a village of enemy forces.

I didn’t feel ready. Nobody does. What carried us through was the courage and discipline we had trained long before that day, which let us keep working effectively under extreme pressure.

That’s the idea behind this challenge: you build these things before you need them.

That’s what I teach now: practical leadership for busy parents and professionals, built on what I learned when the stakes were high.

Forged through service. Built for real life.
